    Back from CA - but still not grown up

    Very busy week this week - apologies to all my Covenspace friends for mostly ignoring you this week. I was working a convention being held in Anaheim. Business went well at the show, but it was hard for me to be right next to Disneyland all week and not have any time to go to the park. Yes, I am a total Disney fan. And no, I'm not too old to go to Disneyland by myself. I hope I'm never that grown up!

    I remember years go before I had kids when I mentioned to someone at work that I was going to see the circus (Ringling Brothers). He said, "Oh, I didn't know you had kids." I replied that I didn't. He looked puzzled and said, "Oh, you're taking someone else's kids?" And I again replied that no, I was just going by myself. He looked even more puzzled and walked off. I hope I'm never that grown up!

    can you imagine how boring life would be if you were "that grown up". talk about depressing. i like to take a steering wheel cover while i'm in walmart and pretend i'm driving through the store hehe. ppl look at me like i'm loony, but i dont care. fun is fun no matter how old you are.

    Of Course! I LOVE Disney Movies too! I have never been to DisneyLand, but I plan on taking my kids when they get a little older...My favorite Disney Movie is The Lion King. Whats yours?

    Isn't amazing how some people really can't imagine enjoying any kid stuff once they hit some magical cut off age? Bizarre, really.

    I'm sorry you didn't make it to Disney Land.

    At least you can comfort yourself with the knowledge that it would have been hot, right?
